Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 20 - RETURN POLICY
At KAZLABEL, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.
If you believe your item is faulty, you must contact us at Kazlabel@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We may request clear photographs of the item, a description of the issue, and proof of purchase before assessing your claim. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will determine whether it is genuinely faulty. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, you will be offered a refund or exchange. If, after inspection, we determine that the item is not faulty, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
Items that have been damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, accidental damage, or that have been worn or washed will not be considered faulty and will not be eligible for a refund. We also do not accept returns sent after the 30-day period or items not returned in their original condition.
